Refund policy

At Shepherdess of Sheep, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, as per your preference. The refund may take a few days to process, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with details of the issue.
